A horizontal auger-type propelling continuous preprocessing machine se-
t. Supplied with a set of attachment including chained bucket elevator-
for raw material feeding and zigzag cooling flume for cooling down. T-
hey are manufactured in high-grade stainless steel. The cylindric blan-
cher body padded a sheet of heat keeping materials between inner and o-
uter stainless steel plates. Be designed for blanching washed mushroom-
s and also be suitable for other vegetable and fruit by change the run-
ning speed according to processing technique.
